MEL'S NOTES

I have a soft spot for bombolini. They’re very hard to stop at one. Especially when they come in these baby size!There are 20 pieces in each box, but I would advise portion at least 2 pcs per person. There are 3 fillings to choose from for each box and they all get rolled in our cinnamon sugar coating. Kaya Cremeux is my favourite, it's light, fragrant and for the fact that I adore pandan. The other two are way richer and have MORE fans. And I totally get it! The Pistachio Bombolini is filled with an intense pistachio paste and finished with crushed pistachio nuts for texture (this one feels very luxurious). And for choc lovers, the Gianduja-style filling made with hazelnut praline paste and crushed hazelnuts is wonderfully creamy and deeply satisfying.Perfect for dessert after a meal or for guests who just want “something small” — which never really means small.
