I have a very clear opinion on what makes a great cookie, and it starts with the chew. Not crunchy throughout, not soft to the point of falling apart. It's all about that TEXTURE. That satisfying, chewy middle that makes you want the next bite before you've finished the first. We've spent a lot of time getting this right, and I think these are some of the best cookies we've ever made. Choose three flavours from Chocolate Chip Burnt Butter (deep, caramelised, and completely classic), Toffee Miso (sweet and savoury in a way that sounds surprising and tastes inevitable), and Pistachio Confetti (our most festive, most photogenic option — the one people notice first on any table).
