MEL'S NOTES

Especially for Deepavali our chefs have created 3 canapés, each full of flavour, and made with carefully selected ingredients.The Paneer Samosas (V) are filled with a rich, spicy blend of crumbled paneer, with peas and spices. We stuff and hand-fold the crispy skin into pretty triangular little pastries, perfect for popping. These will definitely be a crowd-pleaser for Deepavali gatherings.The vegetarian Aloo Tikki are served in handy cups. Each cup of mini Aloo Tikki is garnished with a dollop of yogurt, sweet tamarind chutney, ATD’s coriander pesto, and other technicolour (but natural) accoutrements, adding layers of flavour and texture. Perfect as an appetiser or for Deepavali party snacking!Last, but not least the Lamb Keema Samosas. These slightly spicy and curried lamb with potatoes is hidden underneath a crispy pastry. Absolutely satisfying, these triangular pastries make perfect conversation starters for Deepavali!
