MEL'S NOTES

I think I may have mentioned this before but I find quiches to be a very genteel food, even more so than finger sandwiches at Buckingham Palace. Because quiches could easily be just an omelette but the French decided to put the omelette in a buttery pastry shell and we are here for it! Just so you know our rich egg custard used to make our quiches and frittatas are always made with cage-free eggs and the freshest herbs and fillings. Quality like this is important to me. I know in this ATD webstore, we make you choose everything! Choose the quiche, choose the scones but we ultimately want the customer to have as much control over what is served for your event.
