Our fluffy, handmade bombolinis, party edition now comes with a filling made with a Singapore breakfast staple!Kaya is a local, sweet custard made with eggs, coconut milk and pandan leaves for an out of this world fragrance! It takes an insane amount of time to cook up a batch and I'll admit right here that I LOVE eating our kaya on its own! I love kaya more than I love chocolates. But I feel so guilty eating too much kaya because I know how laborious and time-consuming it is š! Unlike traditional custard which is made with cream, the kaya is made with coconut milk.For this SG60 special, we made our bombolinis into baby bombolinis and filled this with a special kaya cremeux, a mixture of kaya, chantilly cream and other secret ingredients for a light, creamy and not-so-sweet filling!I am already in love with them and I am sure you and your guests will enjoy them too!
