Another beautiful creation here and I think this has become my favourite ATD tart and I might just buy one whole tart for myself (ok I'll share with my mum!).I am an OK fan of matcha, I'm not exactly obsessed with it or anything BUT after taking a bite of this tart, I think I LOVE matcha now!This luxurious tart is made with layers of textures and flavours and they come together superbly. Firstly of course is ATD's tart shell, so buttery, so stable and so wonderful! We bake the tart shell together with a fragrant orange almond cream filling studded with sliced strawberries.Separately, we bake the loveliest matcha sponge that goes into the tart along with lashings of raspberry jam. The crowning glory of this tart are fresh-whipped matcha chantilly and fresh, in-season strawberries! What a symphony of flavours, you've got to try it!
