MEL'S NOTES

Every Christmas, we will always come up with little treats that are fun, quirky or whimsical, to celebrate the magic and joy of Christmas. This year is no different, with these Mini Xmas Tree Cupcakes.Both of the cupcakes are winners! The chocolate consists of a fluffy but intense chocolate sponge, topped with our smooth, glossy ganache, made with fair-trade and sustainably-sourced, couverture chocolate. The Raspberry Pistachio cupcake consists of our Raspberry Ripple Sponge, an old ATD favourite, inspired by the Raspberry Ripple ice cream, a favourite of my late grandma. Topped with a pistachio cream so rich and nutty, and no, it won't be an intense green colour as we do not use any artificial colours here in All Things Delicious.
