A delightful tea-time treat. Another wonderful shortbread recipe, this time with pecans and rolled with demerara sugar, which, when baked, retains its sweet crunch! Shortbread is a traditional Scottish biscuit and is made with a high amount of butter! Hence the quality of butter used is extremely important! Thanks to the European lactic butter used, we are very proud of our shortbread cookies!
