We love such things here at All Things DeliciousThe second half of the job is the marination. Our chefs slather the bird in a peppery lemongrass ginger concoction, overnight for maximum absorption. You will absolutely love the familiar flavours dancing in your mouth!We include a small tub of achar (lightly pickled, local-style vegetables) and dipping sauce and together, I really think they work beautifully!
