MEL'S NOTES

Not one but two of our juicy, sweet and tender Roast Organic Kampung Chicken!This spatchcock roast is made using certified organic kampung chicken, raised in a stress-free and climate-controlled environment and free from hormones or antibiotics. The chickens are slow-grown for well over 70 days and fed with a special diet which includes enzymes from pineapples, making them healthier and have a sweeter and more succulent flesh! We love such things here at All Things Delicious!The second half of the job is the marination. Our chefs slather the bird in a peppery lemongrass ginger concoction, overnight for maximum absorption. You will absolutely love the familiar flavours dancing in your mouth!We include a small tub of achar (lightly pickled, local-style vegetables) and dipping sauce and together, I really think they work beautifully!
